Vincent has over 30 years of experience in commercial leadership roles in the aviation industry, driving growth across EMEA, the US, Latin America, Asia, and the Indian sub-continent. He holds an impressive track record when it comes to leading sizeable teams in both commercial and general management positions for large multinational airlines, achieving ambitious revenue and cost targets. Vincent joined Riyadh Air after almost four years as Chief Commercial Officer at Gulf Air, the national carrier of the Kingdom of Bahrain and one of the first commercial airlines established in the Middle East. During his time at Gulf Air, Vincent oversaw major business developments including fleet modernization, network expansion, enhanced product offering, rebranding, and long-term strategic direction for continuous growth. Prior to this, Vincent spent two years as Chief Commercial Officer at Kenya Airways, where he established a new business model, following several years as SVP Eastern Regions at Qatar Airways. Prior to joining Qatar Airways, Vincent spent over a decade at Air France-KLM, working across European markets including Spain, Portugal, Belgium, and Italy. Vincent began his aviation career with Air France, holding marketing roles in the US and Chile.
Further to his extensive knowledge of all key global travel markets, Vincent has a strong strategic focus, and an impressive track record of transforming organisations to meet and exceed revenue targets in highly competitive environments. Vincent also has copious experience executing successful digital transformations covering digital retailing and ancillaries, digital distribution and NDC (IATA New Distribution Capability), harnessing a data-enabled and data-driven approach to ensure the delivery of a world-class customer experience. At Riyadh Air, Vincent will oversee the airline’s commercial strategy and future development across business areas including network planning, pricing, revenue management, cargo, marketing, digital, distribution, product and guest experience. Vincent holds a degree in Political Science from Sciences Po Bordeaux, and an MBA from INSEAD Business School.
