Ms. Thobile Masooa is an accomplished Executive with 25 years of experience in the field of Human Capital Management gained from various private and public sector organisations, of which fifteen (15) have been at an executive level and seven (7) within the Aviation sector. Ms. Masooa is currently serving as an Executive: Human Resources at the South African Civil Aviation Authority (SACAA). Ms. Masooa is a mentor, and coach who has a passion for talent development which includes leadership, youth, and women development. In he capacity as an Executive responsible for Human Capital at the SACAA, she is entrusted amongst others, with the overall Human Capital Management. This includes ensuring that the national civil aviation regulator’s contribution towards the transformation of the industry through the development of a solid talent pipeline of aviators to address current and future skills shortages. Ms. Masooa has been a speaker in various conferences and summits on skills development and gender-related topics. She holds a Bachelor of Social Science in Industrial Psychology, a Post-Graduate Diploma in Human Resources, an Executive Leadership Development Certificate, and a Master of Management in the field of Business and Executive Coaching.
