Vice President of Marketing and Corporate Communications at Riyadh Air a fully owned company by the Public Investment Fund, Osamah oversees the department and ensures all marketing and corporate communications strategies for Riyadh Air are planned and successfully executed. Within the new airline, Osamah is reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer and managing his public appearance while working closely with senior leadership within the broader ecosystem, to develop and build the unique brand of Riyadh Air and introducing it to the public which was announced through a comprehensive official launch campaign in March 2023. Continuing to engage with its audience, Osamah with a powerful team led the implementation of several marketing and media strategies, develop and rollout various partnerships and initiatives, fronted key corporate affairs, establishing guidelines, policies and protocols to promote efficient operations. Prior to Riyadh Air, Osamah at his first public sector with the Saudi Ministry of Sport being the Director of Marketing and Communications and the Official Spokesperson at the Saudi Sports for All Federation (SFA), led the missions of underpinning the federation’s role within society through the marketing and communications stages from inception to maturity, shaping and implementing several marketing strategies and campaigns. During his tenure, Osamah has also led diverse functions outside of communications including the establishment of a digital transformation journey along with launching the official digital platform (web/app), and further on developing data and utilizing insights and analytics with the biggest successes on achieving greater physical activity levels in the country to 40% by 2030. As a marketing and communications professional with nearly 15 years of experience within the fields of marketing and business development, Osamah worked for some of Saudi’s best-known private sector companies. Previously, he played a major role developing the internationally recognized airline company flynas, its frequent-flyer program, which helped to add value and position the economic carrier as a regional aviation leader.  Osamah has also served within multiple responsibilities at Mobily, one of Saudi’s leading telco companies. The last was as the Loyalty Programs Manager, and mainly his contribution on increasing customer loyalty and retention that led to positively maximizing the company’s overall revenue. Additional loyalty marketing expertise was gleaned through his involvement in loyalty programs, tailored for the high value segment, managing to analyze and reduce churn. Early on, he gained on-ground managerial traction on engagement and elevating overall customer experience while excelling at product management. And through this wide practical experience, Osamah in the early periods of his career, worked across the functions of business development, sales, stakeholders’ management through Elm company one of the Public Investment Fund owned companies, specialized in information security and technology solutions. As for Osamah’s academic qualifications, he holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in Marketing from King Saud University in Saudi Arabia. In addition, he took part of executive streams in the fields of Leadership Program from Harvard Business Publishing, Sports Management from George Washington University and Digital Marketing from the Institute of Data and Digital Marketing in the United Kingdom.  ​
