Muna Awwadová is a Partner with Kingsley Gate Partners. Muna has over 20 years of experience supporting clients during their transformational and change management journey across multi-disciplinary industry sectors. Muna has spent most of her career in the Middle East, which enhances her ability to evaluate senior executives with an eye not only to their industry expertise but also to the executive’s leadership capabilities and cultural awareness.  Muna has also works with governments across the Middle East region to identify specific talent and advise on their long-term leadership planning (Nationalization & Succession Planning). ​Earlier in Muna’s career, she spent seven years with KPMG where she held a series of roles of increasing responsibility heading the Executive Search Services and as an Associate Director of People & Change Advisory Services. She began her career with Credit Suisse First Boston and Talents Technology, based in Prague.​ Muna is an advocate for women in leadership where she hosts ‘In The Spotlight interview serries’, sharing inspirational journeys of Executive Women Leaders paving the way for the next generation of leaders.  She also Chairs the HCAC Council and runs a Regional HR Leaders Network founded in 2020.​ Muna holds a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from the Technical University of Liberec and is fluent in English, Arabic and Czech.​ Muna is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, operating aros the GCC, Levant and Egypt.
