Dr. René Puls

Dr. René Puls is the Co-Director of the Center for Aviation and Space Competence at the University of St. Gallen. He holds degrees in Economics and Business Administration and lectures in Project Management, Business Innovation and Customer Value. Dr. Puls also serves on the Executive Board of ESA’s Center for Space Economy and Commerce and as Visiting Professor at the European Space Agency’s Directorate for Commercialization, Industry and Competitiveness. Over two decades, he has been working in Expert and Management positions for Fraport, Credit Suisse Group, IBM and SOCAR supporting Corporate Finance and Business Transformation functions on global assignments. Until 2024, René Puls also managed the Swiss Aerospace Cluster and held the position of Event Director for the renowned Aerospace Innovation Days Event Series 2020-2024.
