Manoj Singh is the Chief Cargo Officer at Adani Airports Holding Limited [AAHL] responsible for overall Cargo & Ground Handling of Pan India Adani Airports. Manoj has a rich Pan India experience of more than 32+ years in Aviation, Airport Management & Supply Chain. He has expertise in Cargo & Ground Handling Management, Commercial & Business Development, Profit Center & Revenue Management, Project management, Airline Contracts, Marketing Strategies & Customer Relations. Manoj is a Fulcrum graduate, the top-most level of curated senior leadership program organized by Adani group to strengthen its cohort of business leaders. Prior to Joining AAHL, he was associated with Mumbai International Airport Limited [Adani Airports] for over 12 years as Senior Vice President & Head - Cargo responsible for overall Cargo P & L of Mumbai Airport. He has been instrumental in implementing the India’s first “Air Cargo Community Digital Platform - AMAX”, Commissioning India’s largest Export & Import Cold Zones at Mumbai airport. He has led Mumbai airport cargo to become one of the leading e-freight compliant station and the first cargo airport in India to achieve IATA CEIV Pharma accreditation along with becoming strategic member of Pharma Aero. He worked with the Menzies Aviation Bobba Bangalore as Chief Executive Officer responsible for P&L of the Company. Within Menzies Aviation he had played a vital role of Commercial Manager (India, Pakistan, Bangladesh & Srilanka) and as General Manager-Cargo for its start-up Greenfield project in India namely Bengaluru and Hyderabad. He also worked with Lufthansa Cargo and Airports Authority of India. He has driven 03 successful projects – a) Two Greenfield Airports Hyderabad & Bengaluru b) Brownfield Airport Mumbai. He was responsible for Business turnaround, Digitization, Business development along with Operations & Project management. He currently serves as the Chairman of ACFI “Air Cargo Forum India” – Mumbai Chapter and also as one of the Governing Board Members of ACFI. He is “Co-Chairman – Shipping & Air Logistics Committee” in Indian Merchants Chamber for the past 04 years. He was awarded for his outstanding achievement in Air Cargo Industry by many International trade bodies and various air cargo stakeholders. He was recently awarded “Transformational Supply Chain Leader [Air Cargo]” for the year 2022 by “Institute of Supply Chain Management” for transforming cargo operations during uncertain times and visionary leadership. Manoj has diploma in “Airport Executive Leadership Program” from ACI, Concordia University, Montreal. He is a triple post-graduate and gold medalist in Marketing & Sales Management.
