Leonard joined Etihad Cargo’s senior management team as Head of Revenue Management and Network Planning in February 2020 and has been responsible for revenue management, pricing, network and commercial planning, and analytics. He is also the lead for strategic partnerships and alliances. During the initial period of his appointment, Leonard restructured Etihad Cargo’s freighter network and established the framework for passenger freighter operations, enabling Etihad to retain its position as one of the most agile carriers during an unprecedented period. Prior to joining Etihad, Leonard accumulated more than 16 years’ experience, holding senior positions at Air France KLM and Qatar Airways. In these roles, he was responsible for network restructurings and expansions at the relevant headquarters and in markets across Asia. Leonard holds a double Master’s of Science degree from Ecole Polytechnique and Telecom Paris, as well as an Executive MBA from Insead. He also speaks fluent French, English and Japanese.
