Fatema AlHajri is the Chief Engineer in the Space and Cyber Technologies cluster at EDGE Group, one of the world’s leading advanced technology and defence companies. With 16 years of experience, Fatema has a proven track record of driving growth, efficiency, and profitability through successful space-related projects and strategic execution. Her expertise spans Mega Project Management, Business Development, and Strategic Planning, having led multiple teams in advanced technology and space projects. In her current role, Fatema leads EDGE's space-related projects through the newly launched company, FADA, ensuring high levels of productivity and efficiency across all initiatives. She drives the development and execution of operational strategies that align with FADA's innovative vision and EDGE's broader objectives in the space sector. Fatema holds a Master of Arts in Major Programme Management from the University of Oxford and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. She is also a fellow of Research and Ecosystem Engagement with the Oxford Space Initiative.
