Ross Bradley began his career in aerospace as an engineering apprentice at the British Aircraft corporation, now BAESYTEMS. During his employment with the company he held Director level positions in most aerospace disciplines. In 1995 he was appointed Production Director of the Eurofighter Programme (Typhoon) and subsequently became the Programme and Managing Director.

In 2003 he launched a new venture as the CEO of Farnborough Aerospace Consortium to enable high technology SMEs win international business.

In 2008 he was recruited by Mubadala to establish a composite aerostructure company, now called Strata in the city of Al Ain. He was subsequently appointed as CEO of this new company.

In 2013 he established his own aerospace consultancy business and secured long term contracts with TATA in India and other European aerospace companies. In addition, he is currently an Advisor to the Board of TATA Advanced Materials in Bangalore.

Ross is a Fellow of the Royal Aeronautical Society.
